By bidding you agree with the Terms and Conditions of this auction sale. 

Bidders can register online at www.bartlettauctions.com only. Because of COVID-19, we will have scheduled viewing times following the current government of NL guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers is first and foremost.

You are free to watch online but please note that if you decide to bid, it takes a few moments to fill out the registration form and you cannot bid without registering. YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO BID. All items are presented and sold ‘as is where is’ with no warranties expressed or implied. Items may be removed or added, without notice, at the sole discretions of the auctioneer. Some items in most every sale will have a Reserve or Minimun Bid amount required to sell. This is different than Opening Bid - We consider these RESERVED items as 'Subject to Estate or Owner Approval' and a call will be made to the estate, or owner, with the high bid. They may choose to accept, decline or counter offer. The auctioneer will facilitate this with full transparency. Those items with a Reserve will be noted in the Item Description as 'Subject to Estate or Owner Approval'.

*Please Note: Max Bids entered that are below the Reserve will be entered in the full amount as a Regular Bid until the Reserve is met then will be entered as one increment above the next bidder.

In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer holds sole discretion in its resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal, re-offering or adjusting the terms of the item in dispute. The auctioneer’s decision is final.

This auction/sale is online with in person viewing available Saturday, December 11th & Sunday December 12th from noon - 5pm, and Monday, December 13th, 10AM - 7PM at Atlantic Place (7th Floor), 215 Water Street, St. John's, NL.

Unlike previous auctions - this auction features a GROUP SOFT CLOSE - *ALL LOTS are scheduled to close at 9:30PM Newfoundland Time (8PM ET), Monday December 13th, 2021 but, *If a bid is received in the final 3 MINUTES, the countdown clock resets to 3 MINUTES for ALL LOTS. ALL LOTS will close when no bid is received on ANY LOT (in this auction only) for three consecutive minutes.

Buyer’s Fee – a 10% Buyer’s Fee will be applied to the purchaser’s total before HST. Harmonized Sales Tax applies to all items offered and all services rendered.

Pay by cash, etransfer, Wire, Certified Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. (If you choose the credit card payment option there is a 3% premium added to the purchase to cover credit card fees.) The auctioneer will retain possession of all items until full payment has been received and cleared.

Out of respect for the priorities of the day and COVID-19 protocols, items are for scheduled PICKUP only. For viewing and pickup  - NLVaxPass scan or equivalent (documented proof of double vaccine) Required as per special event regulations. We appreciate you cooperations with this important community health initiative.
