Bidding for this auction/sale is online only with in person viewing available Saturday Noon to 5pm, 7 Pippy Place, St. John's

This auction features a staggered, soft close - beginning at 10am, Sunday June 19, 2022, one lot will close every 20 seconds until complete. If a bid is received in the final 30 seconds, the countdown clock resets to 30 seconds for that lot only.

Buyer’s Fee – a 10% Buyer’s Fee will be applied to the purchaser’s total before HST. Harmonized Sales Tax applies to all items offered and all services rendered.

Pay by cash, etransfer (preferred), Visa, MasterCard, American Express immediately following the closing. (If you choose the credit card payment option there is a 3% premium added to the purchase to cover credit card fees.) The auctioneer will retain possession of all items until full payment has been received.

All items must be removed from the site by 8pm Sunday evening. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If this is not possible, please do not bid.

We do not have access to this warehouse after 8pm Sunday June 19th. It is suggested you bring your own boxes and help if necessary.
