By bidding you agree to the terms and conditions of this auction sale. Bidders can bid online at www.bartlettauctions.com only. Because of Covid19, there is no opportunity for viewing or onsight registration. You are free to watch online but please note that if you decide to bid it takes a few moments to fill out the registration form as you cannot bid without registering. (Please refer to How to Bid).

FYI: WE DO NOT SEE, OR HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IT IS SECURED BY THE LARGEST ONLINE MERCHANT PROVIDER, STRIPE.COM, AND THEIR SECURITY PROTOCOLS ARE INDUSTRY LEADING.
All items are presented and sold "as is where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Items may be removed or added, at the sole discetion of the auctioneer.
Some items in every sale will have a Reserve or Minimum Bid amount required to sell. This is different than Opening Bid- We consider these Subject to Owner Approval and a call will be made to the estate or the owner with the high bid. They may decide to accept, decline or counter offer. The auctioneer will facilitate this with full transparency.
In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer holds sole discretion in it's resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal, re-offering or adjusting the terms of the item in dispute. The auctioneer's decision is final.
Buyer's Fee - a 10% Buyer's fee will be applied to the purchaser's total before HST. Harmonised Sales Tax applies to all items offered and services rendered.
Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The auctioneer will retain possession of all items until full payment has been received and cleared.
Out of respect for the priorities of the day and Covid19 protocols, items are for DELIVERY ONLY with NO PICKUP option but this may be changing soon. If you prefer, we can hold the items, without charge until things change.
