This auction features a staggered, soft close - beginning at 8PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, one lot will close every 20 seconds until complete. If a bid is received in the final 45 seconds, the countdown clock resets to 45 seconds for that lot only.

Lots with Reserves - This auction features a number of items that are Subject to Owner/Estate Approval. The high bid is presented to the owner, or their representative, for a final decision on sale. They may accept, counter-offer or, reject the offer. The auctioneer will facilitate this process. While bidding on items that show 'Reserve Not Met', please note, your whole bid is accepted, (not as an incremental over the current bid like in Max Bid) until the Reserve is met. If your bid is higher than Reserve, the system will only place your bid at the Reserve and leave the buffer as your Max Bid. Always in the interest of fairness - In the final 12 hours of bidding, to help bidders manage closing times and interest in multiple consecutive times, Max Bid option will be reinstated for 'Reserved' items (subject to owner/estate, court approval). Buyer’s Fee – a 10% Buyer’s Fee will be applied to the purchaser’s total before HST. Harmonized Sales Tax applies to all items offered and all services rendered.
