Veggie Pate Cooking Class with Chef Marian
You and five of your friends/baking fans, are invited to Marian White’s kitchen on Mount Scio Rd. to share in the culinary art of making Veggie Pate, one of Marian’s signature dishes!
Using traditional herbs and root vegetables blended with flavorful flours, Marian’s
Veggie Pate adds a healthy combination of sunflower and sesame seeds, oils and
spices to create the desired consistency.
Six guests will accompany Marian as she not only prepares this dish but serves it to
those taking part in this culinary experience. Each guest will go away with a container of
pate to enjoy at their own table. While the pate is baking, take a walk through Marian’s backyard garden as she picks herbs and salad greens to enjoy with the pate.
Each guest will also receive an autographed copy of her cookbook, Island Vegan, that
took the World Gourmand Cookbook Award in 2020 for local flare!

Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2022 Wonderbolt has been enriching the lives of youths and families for over four decades. Your support will help us continue our innovative youth outreach program along the coast of Labrador as well as workshops for youth across the province. It will also help us run a thriving downtown community arts centre, create original family entertainment, and host our 6th Annual St. John's International CircusFest.
Our online silent auction will run from June 5, 2023, to 9am on June 10, 2023.

This is a tax free charity event. All you pay is your bid.
