Available any 1 week after Labour Day 2024 from September 2024 - August 2025. 

The condo is 2,800 sq feet and includes 3 bedrooms + a loft, and 3.5 bathrooms. It also has a stunning fireplace, a large screen TV, and a garage. No smoking or pets.

Sleeping accommodations: 

  1. Master - king bed, ensuite bath
  2. Bedroom #2 - Queen
  3. Bedroom #3 - Double
  4. Loft - Queen + bunk bed (single over a double bed) 
  5. Basement - Queen pull out couch

This auction features a Staggered Soft Close -

STAGGERED - the first lot will close June 9, 2024 at Noon Pacific Time (4:30pm Newfoundland Time) and each subsequent lot will close 30 seconds later. 

SOFT - if a bid is received in the final 45 seconds, the countdown clock is reset to 45 seconds, for that lot only. All other lots will close as scheduled.
