Olive's Garden Cottage in Comfort Cove (1 night) for 4 guests + $100 gas card from North Atlantic Gas

Olive’s Garden is a charming, 2 bedroom cottage with queen beds displaying beautifully stitched homemade quilts. The main bedroom located on the ocean front has adjoining double doors allowing for easy access to the main washroom. The spacious, spa-like washroom is unique in itself with a handmade vanity from nearby driftwood, which no doubt is sure to be a guest pleaser. The soaker tub is definitely a place to relax and unwind with a great book while soaking in complimentary Epson bath salts. As an added feature a separate shower shares the same space for those preferring a shower to the soaker tub. The main living area is comfortably furnished with a leather couch and love seat as well as a contemporary accent chair perfect for ocean viewing - binoculars are on site as well for nature watching. A 52” smart tv is located in the main living area in addition to a cabinet containing a few great books and maybe even a board game. The wood stove feature is a host favourite for those cool nights when it’s time to get cozy. We’ve thought of everything at Olive’s Garden with a fully stocked supply of firewood and kindling. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, dishes and cookware to meet your culinary needs. Special attention has been given to the array of glassware…the perfect glass or mug for your choice of drink. The laundry room is complete with a new front load washer and dryer for those extended stays. A special feature of this spectacular cottage includes refinished furniture by the host herself. Check out the antiqued, cedar sliding doors taken from downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland. (If only those doors could talk). Notable too, is the raw edge bedroom shelving handcrafted from a 100 year old family apple tree. Be sure to check out the complimentary snacks provided for each stay.

This auction features a Staggered Soft Close.

Beginning at 5pm, Sunday, September 15th the first item will close followed by each subsequent item every 20 seconds. If a bid is received in the final 45 seconds, the countdown timer will reset to 45 seconds for that lot only. All other lots will close as scheduled.

All items are located in St. John's Newfoundland. If packing and shipping is required, it is at the bidders expense.
