Our very own Nadine James will provide a 30-minute virtual yoga session for you and your team! Come on into Commons and de-stress with your peeps. Choose from chair yoga, relaxation yoga, meditation yoga, or a combination of all three! Please note this is a virtual option will be an online session, as well some blackout dates may apply.

The #SupportLocal Silent Auction is in support of Thrive’s Blue Door Program - This program is the first of its kind in NL and is designed to support individuals exiting sex trade activities, and/or sexually exploitive situations including sex trafficking.
