We have been retained by Grant Thornton Limited, in its capacity as Court Appointed Receiver for Sports Villas Resort, Inc. (dba Terra Nova Golf Resort), to auction the following assets - Original works by Ian Sparkes, Cliff George, Scott Goudie, Janice Udell, James Miller, Stewart Montgomerie, Ed Roche, Richard Steele, Gary Kennedy, spectacular soapstone sculpture by Nathaniel Noel and many more. 

This auction also features estate art and furniture including works by David Blackwood RCA, Gerald Squires RCA, Harold Goodridge, Reginald Shepherd RCA, Jean Claude Roy, Natalia Charapova and others. A selection of antique furniture from multiple estates.

All lots are UNRESERVED with two exceptions as noted in their description.
