By bidding you agree with the Terms and Conditions of this auction sale. 

Bidders can register online at www.bartlettauctions.com only. Because of COVID-19, we will have scheduled viewing times following the current government of NL guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers is first and foremost.

You are free to watch online but please note that if you decide to bid, it takes a few moments to fill out the registration form and you cannot bid without registering. YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO BID. FOR THIS AUCTION, TO ADD A CREDIT CARD, LOG IN AND GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO SO BEFORE BIDDING BEGINS. FYI: WE DO NOT SEE, OR HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IT IS SECURED BY THE LARGEST ONLINE MERCHANT PROVIDER, STRIPE.COM AND THEIR SECURITY PROTOCOLS ARE INDUSTRY LEADING.

All items are presented and sold ‘as is where is’ with no warranties expressed or implied. Items may be removed or added, without notice, at the sole discretions of the auctioneer. Some items in most every sale will have a Reserve or Minimun Bid amount required to sell. This is different than Opening Bid - We consider these Subject to Owner Approval and a call will be made to the estate or owner with the high bid. They may choose to accept, decline or counter offer. The auctioneer will facilitate this with full transparency.

In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer holds sole discretion in its resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal, re-offering or adjusting the terms of the item in dispute. The auctioneer’s decision is final.

This auction is online only with pre-bidding available January 21, 2021 8PM until each item closes, beginning 8:00PM, January 25, 2021.

This auction features a staggered, soft close - beginning at 8PM January 25, 2021, one lot will close every 30 seconds until complete. If a bid is received in the final 30 seconds, that lot only resets to 30 seconds remaining until bidding ends. 

Buyer’s Fee – a 10% Buyer’s Fee will be applied to the purchaser’s total before HST. Harmonized Sales Tax applies to all items offered and all services rendered.

Pay by cash, etransfer, Wire, Certified Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. (If you choose the credit card payment option there is a 3% premium added to the purchase to cover credit card fees.) The auctioneer will retain possession of all items until full payment has been received and cleared.

Out of respect for the priorities of the day and COVID-19 protocols, items are for DELIVERY or scheduled PICKUP only.  Immediately following the auction you will receive a notification with full details on these schedules.

All Items must be paid for within 24 hours following the sale; buyers must ensure the address on their profile is the delivery address they want.

Items must be removed from the Capital Hotel on January 26th, 2021 from 8AM to 7PM ONLY. Delivery is not available on all items. Please attend viewing on the 25th of January so you are familiar with the size and weight of items you are bidding on and transporting. Dimensions are included in the descriptions when available. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CONSULT A MOVING COMPANY FOR LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 7PM JANUARY 26TH. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT PAST THIS TIME.

(dba Terra Nova Golf Resort), to auction the following assets - Original works by Nathaniel Noel, Ian Sparkes, Cliff George, James Miller, Stewart Montgomerie, Ed Roche, Richard Steele, and many more.

All lots are UNRESERVED, selling to the highest bidder unless otherwise indicated.
